WHAT IS IT DOING?

Common Window Problems We Fix

Most window problems don’t need a new window. Find yours below so you know what you’re dealing with.

Secure it first

Cracked or broken glass

We replace the glass and keep your frame, as long as the frame is sound.

Foggy or milky glass

Moisture between the panes means the seal has failed. The sealed unit can usually be replaced on its own.

Hard to open, close or lock

Worn cranks, handles and locks are usually a hardware fix, not a new window.

Drafts around the frame

Worn weatherstripping or failed caulking lets cold air in. Usually a quick fix.

Water at the sill

Often failed caulking around the frame. Worth fixing before it damages the wall.

Frost inside in winter

Can point to a failed glass seal or air leaking around the frame.

Not sure what's wrong?

Describe it on the phone and we'll tell you whether it's likely a repair or time for new windows.
