WHAT IS IT DOING?
Common Window Problems We Fix
Most window problems don’t need a new window. Find yours below so you know what you’re dealing with.
Cracked or broken glass
We replace the glass and keep your frame, as long as the frame is sound.
Foggy or milky glass
Moisture between the panes means the seal has failed. The sealed unit can usually be replaced on its own.
Hard to open, close or lock
Worn cranks, handles and locks are usually a hardware fix, not a new window.
Drafts around the frame
Worn weatherstripping or failed caulking lets cold air in. Usually a quick fix.
Water at the sill
Often failed caulking around the frame. Worth fixing before it damages the wall.
Frost inside in winter
Can point to a failed glass seal or air leaking around the frame.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Window Repair Questions
Still have a question? Call (780) 306-0790 and talk to our team directly.
Can you replace just the glass?
Usually, yes. If the frame is in good shape, we replace the glass or sealed unit and keep the frame.
Why is my window foggy between the panes?
The seal around the double-glazed unit has failed and moisture has got in. It can’t be cleaned out, but replacing the sealed unit fixes it.
Is it worth repairing an old window?
Often, yes. If the frame is sound, a repair is usually the cheaper fix. If several units are failing or the frame is damaged, we’ll tell you plainly that replacement makes more sense.
How much does a window repair cost?
It depends on what has failed and the size of the glass. We confirm it on site and give you a price before any work starts.
What warranty do I get?
You get a 90-day labour warranty on our work, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on any parts we install.
What areas do you cover?
Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Ardrossan, Beaumont, Leduc, Nisku and Devon.
